Early Late Night Concert: Kevin Lembke - Nocturne for a Winterbreath

Early Late Night Concert - early music in a resting state - is EMS’s own, much-loved concert format. You lie comfortably on a mattress and listen to live music in a relaxed atmosphere.
This time, experience a winter journey through the still hours of the night on the golden Düben organ at the German Church. Works by Sweelinck, Scheidemann, Buxtehude and others intertwine with Vivaldi’s L’inverno from The Four Seasons (published exactly 300 years ago!). A nocturne through the organ’s breath brings the festival to a close.

Kevin Lembke (b. 1996) is principal organist of Nynäshamn Parish. He performs extensively throughout Sweden and is active within OrganSpace – Stockholm’s International Organ Festival.
